Big shalam to you from Israël :). After I give birth to my third baby I decided to do the nordic walking too :).
Every evening after my husband cames back from work I took my 2 dogs and went walking :).
I live in the very beautiful place on the top of te mountain - so it was amazing :).
But now it's raining all the time, so I took a break :).
